Breakfast Sandwich:
Ingredients:
- 2 English muffins, split
- 4 slices of bacon
- 4 large eggs
- 4 slices of cheese

Instructions:
1. Preheat your skillet over medium heat. Cook the bacon pieces until they are crisp in the skillet. Eliminate the bacon from the skillet and put it away on a plate fixed with paper towels to ingest an overabundance of oil.

In the same skillet, drain off most of the bacon grease, leaving just a thin
layer to cook the eggs. Break the eggs into the skillet, being mindful so as
not to break the yolks. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook the eggs
until the whites are set but the yolks are still slightly runny, or cook them
to your preferred level of doneness. Flip the eggs if desired, or cook them
sunny-side up.
3. While the eggs are cooking, toast the English muffin halves in a toaster or under the broiler until they are lightly golden.
4. Assemble the sandwich by placing a slice of cheese on the bottom half of each English muffin. Put two bacon cuts on top of the cheddar. Add the cooked egg on top of the bacon, and then cover with the top half of the English muffin.
5. Optionally, you can wrap the sandwiches in foil and warm them in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for a few minutes to melt the cheese and warm the sandwich through.
6. Serve the breakfast sandwiches immediately while they are still warm and enjoy!
Feel free to customize your breakfast sandwich by adding additional ingredients such as sliced avocado, tomato, spinach, or a spread such as mayonnaise or hot sauce.
