A breakfast burrito is a popular dish made by wrapping various breakfast ingredients in a tortilla. Here's a basic recipe for making a breakfast burrito:

Ingredients:

- 4 large tortillas

- 6 eggs

- 4 strips of cooked bacon or sausage (crumbled or sliced)

- 1 cup shredded cheese (such as cheddar or Monterey Jack)

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Optional: diced potatoes, onions, peppers, or salsa

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and season them with salt and pepper.

2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and spray it with cooking spray or add a small amount of oil.

3. Pour the whisked eggs into the skillet and scramble them until they are fully cooked. Remove from heat.

4. Warm the tortillas by placing them on a clean, dry skillet over medium heat for a few seconds on each side, or wrap them in a damp paper towel and microwave them for about 10-15 seconds.

5. Place a quarter of the scrambled eggs, cooked bacon or sausage, and shredded cheese onto each tortilla. Add any additional ingredients you desire.

6. Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards, then roll it up tightly from one end to the other to form a burrito shape.

7. If desired, you can heat the assembled burritos in the skillet for a minute on each side to melt the cheese and make them crispy.

8. Serve the breakfast burritos immediately and enjoy!
