Here's a recipe for a
delicious Taco Bell breakfast:
Ingredients:
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Taco sauce or salsa (optional)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and spray it with cooking spray. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are scrambled and cooked through.
3. Warm the flour tortillas in the microwave or on a griddle until they are pliable.
4. Place a tortilla on a clean surface and spoon a quarter of the scrambled eggs onto the center of the tortilla.
5. Sprinkle a tablespoon of shredded cheddar cheese over the eggs, followed by a tablespoon of diced onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, bacon, sausage, and cilantro.
6. Fold the sides of the tortilla towards the center, then roll it up tightly into a burrito shape. Repeat this process for the remaining tortillas and ingredients.
7. If desired, warm the assembled burritos in a microwave for 30 seconds to melt the cheese.
8. Serve the Taco Bell breakfast with taco sauce or salsa on the side for dipping, if desired.
