very much. Breakfast Tacos have a huge variety of ingredients
and customize our own choice. Here is a delicious recipe.
Ingredients:
- 8 small tortillas (corn or flour)
- 6 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup onion
- 1/2 cup bell peppers
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: salsa, sour cream, chopped

Instructions:
2. Over medium heat melt the butter. Add the onions and bell peppers, and sauté until they become tender and lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
3. While the vegetables cook, crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them until well beaten. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Push the sautéed vegetables to one side of the skillet, and pour the beaten eggs into the empty side cook, mixing sometimes, until the eggs are mixed and completely cooked, around 3-4 minutes.
5. Once the eggs are cooked, combine them with the sautéed vegetables in the skillet. Add the diced tomatoes and cooked bacon or sausage, and stir everything together. Remove the skillet from heat.
6. Take a warm tortilla and spoon a generous amount of the egg and vegetable mixture onto the center. Sprinkle some shredded cheese on top. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
7. If desired, garnish your breakfast tacos with salsa, sour cream, or chopped cilantro.
8. Serve the breakfast tacos immediately while they are still warm and enjoy!
