Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce (adjust according to spice preference)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- sliced green onions, sesame seeds its Optional for garnish:

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. In a bowl, combine the honey, soy sauce, sriracha sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, vegetable oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create the marinade.

3. Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish or a resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the chicken, making sure it is coated evenly. Marinate the chicken and put in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (or up to overnight for better flavor).

4. Heat an oven-safe skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Add a 2 or 3 tbl spoons of oil to the pan.

5. Remove the chicken breasts from the marinade, allowing any excess marinade to drip off, and place them in the hot skillet. Sear each side for about 2-3 minutes or until nicely browned.

6. Transfer the skillet with the seared chicken breasts to the preheated oven. Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

7. Remove the pan from the oven and let the chicken cool for a few minutes .

8. Slice the chicken breasts and drizzle any remaining sauce from the skillet over the top.

9. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds, if desired.

10. Serve the sweet 'n' spicy chicken with your choice of sides such as steamed vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad.

Enjoy the delicious balance of sweetness and spiciness in this flavorful chicken dish!
