Garlic & Chili Prawn Pasta.
Garlic and Chili Prawn pasta is a very delicious recipe. Prawn recipes are basically for prawn lovers. This seafood is eaten in the coolest regions. prawns are a rich source of vitamin B group. and also have omega 3.
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces of spaghetti
- 1 pound (450g) large prawns, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust according to your spice level)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- one small tomato for garnishing
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta: boil pasta in a large deep pot and add salt in water. Add the spaghetti and cook according to the package instructions until the spaghetti is soft don’t overboil. Drain the pasta and set aside.
2. Prepare the prawns: In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until the garlic becomes fragrant.
3. Add the prawns to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until they turn pink and are cooked through.
4. Remove the prawns from the skillet and set aside. Leave the garlic and chili-infused oil in the skillet.
5. Toss the pasta: Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the garlic and chili oil. Toss the pasta quickly and evenly coat the pasta.
6. Squeeze one lemon over the pasta and toss again. Add salt and black pepper to taste. Add the chopped parsley and toss once more to combine.
7. Add the prawns back to the skillet with the pasta and cook for an additional minute to heat through.
8. Serve: Divide the garlic and chili prawn pasta among plates. Cut one small size tomato for garnishing and Serve immediately and enjoy!
